I've been under the weather with a respiratory infection for about a month... the whole family had it but we are feeling better and I am back and ready to roll... ♥Spending Time With That Special Someone On Valentine's Day♥
What are you doing for Valentine's Day.... I'll be home probably spending time with my family & I LOVE music so I'll be listening to music... my favorite thing to do... I don't have a boyfriend right now or a husband, so that is what I will be doing. Even if I did... I wouldn't need a bouquet of flowers & don't need chocolates... a single flower would make my day & spending time with that special guy is all the sweet I would need... ;-)
Of course not all women are like me, so hopefully you know your partner well enough to know what they like... Whatever you do... don't forget the holiday... and wish them a Happy Valentine's Day! A card or a Valentine kiss goes a long way, especially if money is short... better yet you could (weather permitting) take a walk maybe on a beach or even go on a picnic & you could even bring your own food... If you are a movie buff, take in a movie...go out for dinner or take part in a sporting event...A massage is an excellent Valentine gift, with possible added benefits.. lol If you are both available with the day off or evening off the main thing is to be together... does it really matter what you do as long as you are together...
❥ If you are looking for a gift of music, my friend Travis Roig has an excellent debut album geared more for the ladies, but really you'll find a little something for everybody. There's some soft & romantic ballads of pop, rock and even some jazz...along with some pretty meaningful lyrics and the sweet sounds of him playing the piano & guitar... A very inspiring collection of songs! You can check out the album review on Sincerely Manufactured and get it at Amazon or iTunes and sample the music to see what you think.. I bought this album for my birthday and can't get enough of it... it is THAT good.. trust me...
** On a sad note, we lost in my opinion, the greatest female singer I ever heard on Saturday, February 11th... Whitney Houston! She had the voice of an angel & really still in shock that she is gone... like we all lost a member of our family... R.I.P. Sweet Angel...
